Two new neolignans from Manglietia insignis

Two new neolignans,manneoinsigins A(1)and B(2),together with four known lignans,were isolated from the leaves and stems of Manglietia insignis.The new compounds were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses.All compounds except 2 were tested for their cytotoxic activity.Compound 3 showed weak cytotoxic activity against the HL-60 human tumor cell line with the IC50 value of 23.5μM.

Three new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids,wilsonianadilactones D-F(1-3),were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra wilsoniana.Their structures were established by means of spectroscopic analysis.Compounds 1-3 showed weak anti-HIV-1 activity with the therapeutic index(TI)values(CC50/EC50)greater than 8.16,14.7,and 17.5,respectively.

Four new tetrahydrofuran lignans,schpropinrins A-D(1-4),together with five known ones,were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra propinqua var.sinensis.Their structures,including absolute configurations,were characterized by means of spectroscopic analysis and ECD calculation.Compounds 1-4 featured a ketal or hemiketal substructure at C-7 and all of the isolates were tested for their anti-HIV integrase activity.

中药材丹参中4种主要丹参酮的超高效液相色谱法测定研究被引量:4

建立了用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)同时测定中药材丹参中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA和二氢丹参酮的超高效液相色谱法.中药材样品中的丹参酮用高速匀浆法提取,采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEHC18(1.7μm,2.1 mm×50 mm)超高效液相色谱柱为固定相,40%的乙腈(内含0.1%的磷酸)为流动相分离,检测波长为254 nm,流速为0.6 mL/min.在上述色谱条件下隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA和二氢丹参酮在5.0 min内实现基线分离,加标回收率在91.5%~98.6%之间,日内相对标准偏差为2.1%,日间相对标准偏差为2.8%,结果满意.

鹤庆五味子提取物在卷烟中的应用研究被引量:4

研究了五味子提取物在卷烟中的应用,采用鹤庆五味子为原料,对五味子提取物的提取工艺进行了优化,检测了五味子提取物的物理性状并用气相色谱-质谱法测定了五味子提取物的挥发性成分.对五味子提取物对卷烟的感官评吸结果和对卷烟烟气有害成分的影响进行了初步试验,发现五味子提取物所含香气成分丰富,具有改善卷烟抽吸品质,清除自由基和降低烟气有害成分的作用,是理想的烟用添加剂.

Four new indole alkaloids,plasiaticines A-D(1-4),together with two known ones,were isolated from the seeds of Plantago asiatica.The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data.All compounds were tested for their cytotoxic activity,and all compounds except 4 were tested for their acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibitory activities.
