随着互联网技术的飞速发展,网络旅游平台逐渐成为人们出行的主要选择。然而,网络旅游平台中存在大量的虚假宣传或误导性广告、泄露或出售个人信息、“大数据杀熟”或价格欺诈、服务质量不达标、退改政策不公平等侵犯消费者权益的问题。为解决这些问题,本文通过对网络旅游平台侵犯消费者权益问题进行深入研究,提出相关对策和建议,如通过完善相关法律法规、加强监管力度和提高消费者自我保护意识等措施,以促进网络旅游行业的健康可持续发展,有效地维护消费者的合法权益。With the rapid development of Internet technology, online tourism platforms have gradually become the main choice for people to travel. However, there are a large number of problems in online tourism platforms that violate consumers’ rights and interests, such as false propaganda or misleading advertisements, leakage or sale of personal information, “big data-enabled price discrimination” or price fraud, substandard service quality, and unfair refund and modification policies. To solve these problems, through in-depth research on the issues of online tourism platforms violating consumers’ rights and interests, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, such as promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the online tourism industry and effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers by improving relevant laws and regulations, strengthening supervision and improving consumers’ self-protection awareness.
