新工科背景下,为加快建成教育强国、科技强国、人才强国,提升国家创新体系整体效能,以竞赛驱动培养研究生创新能力的教育模式应运而生。科技竞赛是研究生创新能力培养的重要手段,可持续探索科技竞赛教育实践方法,用以培养和提升研究生创新能力,为实现科技强国提供坚实的人才支撑。In the context of new engineering, to accelerate the construction of an educational powerhouse, a science and technology powerhouse, and a talent powerhouse, and to enhance the overall effective-ness of the national innovation system, an educational model driven by competitions to cultivate the innovative abilities of graduate students has emerged. Science and technology competitions are an important means of cultivating the innovative abilities of graduate students. It is necessary to continuously explore the practical methods of science and technology competition education to cultivate and enhance the innovative abilities of graduate students and provide solid talent support for the realization of a science and technology powerhouse.
在产教融合的大背景下,依托武汉科技大学材料科学与工程专业的建设任务,以提高研究生创新能力为目标,从优化课程体系构建多层次教学平台、加强导师引导聚焦学科发展特色、深化校企合作提高创新应用能力等方面进行了探索。实践表明,基于产教融合的探索研究,有利于开阔学生眼界和提高学生的社会适应能力,也有利于提高教学质量和研究生的创新能力。Under the background of the integration of industry and education, relying on the construction task of materials science and engineering in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, targeting the improvement of graduate students’ innovation ability. The exploration is carried out from the optimization of the curriculum system, the construction of a multi-level teaching platform, the streng- thening of mentor guidance to focus on the characteristics of subject development, and the deepening of school enterprise cooperation to enhance innovative application capabilities. Practice shows that the exploration and research based on the integration of industry and education is beneficial for broadening students’ horizons and improving their social adaptability, as well as enhancing the quality of teaching and the innovation ability of graduate students.
