随着数字技术的不断进步,游戏产业已崛起为全球文化产业的关键一环,不仅创造了巨大的经济价值,更在文化推广与社会影响力上展现出非凡潜力。本文深入剖析了游戏产业的商业模式,并审视了游戏成瘾、未成年人保护、版权侵犯及市场竞争等商业伦理问题,以及它们对产业可持续发展的制约。同时,本文还着重讨论了游戏产业在文化输出中的角色,包括游戏与传统文化融合的新路径,以及跨文化交流中的机遇与挑战。基于此,本文提出了一系列加强游戏企业商业伦理建设的策略,包括构建年龄认证与防沉迷机制、强化版权保护、推动行业自律及明确伦理标准等,旨在促进游戏产业的健康发展,并有效扩大文化输出。With the continuous advancement of digital technology, the game industry has risen as a crucial segment of the global cultural industry, not only creating immense economic value but also demon- strating extraordinary potential in cultural promotion and social influence. This paper delves into the business models of the game industry and examines the business ethics issues, such as game addiction, minor protection, copyright infringement, and market competition, as well as their constraints on the sustainable development of the industry. Simultaneously, this paper emphasizes the role of the game industry in cultural export, including new pathways for the integration of games with traditional culture and the opportunities and challenges in cross-cultural exchanges. Based on this, the paper proposes a series of strategies to strengthen the construction of business ethics in game enterprises, including establishing age certification and anti-addiction mechanisms, enhancing copyright protection, promoting industry self-discipline, and clarifying ethical standards, aiming to promote the healthy development of the game industry and effectively expand cultural export.
